Too bad this doesn’t work, Holliday.
Part of me can’t believe I’m still watching this disaster. The rest of me can’t believe I’m questioning the fact that I’m still watching. Of course I’m still watching. Because I listened in March when they broadcast the first Spring Training game, and I skipped my hardest class to watch the Home Opener in 20 degree weather while it was snowing last semester, and I watched all summer, and I watched when Holliday showed up, and I don’t know why I wouldn’t watch the last two innings of the season.

I’m still watching too…its really not that hard of a decision. The difference between Cardinals’ fans and other fans is simple. We don’t boo Matt Holliday in his first at bat tonight because he lost a ball in the lights on Thursday. We don’t ridicule or jeer opposing fans or players on sheer principle. And we don’t stop watching the last 2 innings of a 5 run game just because we’re losing. That’s gotta count for something. It’s the playoffs. Its October. No matter how much of a train wreck this week has been…

Dodgers fans take note. People have manners in St. Louis. Not like in L.A. where they boo anybody and everybody they possibly can because they are all A-holes.
