The Angels took game 5 of the ALCS against the Yankees last night, but the Yanks still have the advantage in the series, leading 3-2. The Angels took an early lead in the bottom of the 1st inning, scoring 4 runs. There was no other runs scored until the top of the 7th, when New York had an incredible 6-run rally. But in the bottom of the 7th, L.A. scored 3 more runs, and lead the Yanks by a run going into the 8th. Then with two outs in the bottom of the 9th, Fuentes intentionally walked A-Rod, walked Matsui, then hit Robinson Cano to load the bases. Nick Swisher came up to bat, but after a long at-bat he flied out to short, and the ALCS is going back to the Bronx for game 6 on Saturday.
